In general, Basic Trade provides three main services to worldwide customers.Collection: Our factories are mainly located in China and offering an impressive range of over 8,000 distinct items categorized under seasonal and other various themes. We are constantly renewing our collection with new products which are being released frequently. We provide & maintain high quality standards in services with high flexibilities for all customers.Over 60 percent of our exports go to clients in Europe. Recently, European designs are getting popular amount customers in other countries. We are extending the market network in the USA, Australia, Japan and Southeast Asia as well as in South Africa. Research and Development (R&D) Department for OEM items: We can offer OEM and exclusive items to customers based on their special requests with their own designs and ideas. Our R&D Department will follow-up all the development and prepare samples for customers. With our rich experience and support from in-house design and strong sourcing teams, we have fully equipped the confidence that every customer requirement can be fulfilled completely. We welcome customers to voice their special ideas and requests to us. Merchandising Department: We work as a buying office for brands whom importing 70% of their merchandise per annum from China. Our experienced merchandisers will take care of buyers to visit factories, follow-up orders, take quality control of goods, arrange shipments and handle the goods upon arrival of their final destination.
